hinatazaka46 (ζ₯εε46), formerly known as hiragana keyakizaka46 (γ²γγγͺγγγε46) is a japanese idol group created on november 29th (2015) and produced by akimoto yasushi.
hinatazaka46 is part of the sakamichi series, which consists of nogizaka46 and their sister groups (keyakizaka46 and now hinatazaka46).
on february 11th (2019), hiragana keyakizaka46 announced their independence from keyakizaka46 and changed their name, now being hinatazaka46, a new sakamichi sister group.
they also announced their official debut date: march 27th, 2019.
the group has currently 21 members, split into three (3) generations.
